First, let me start by saying “Shilpi is an EXCEPTIONAL realtor! We live in the Short Pump area where homes are pricey, but we want to stay in the area “no exceptions.” After months of looking and not finding a home that met our needs, we decided to find a realtor. I called Shilpi expressed our concerns and told her what we wanted. Shilpi understood us from the beginning and began by addressing what mattered the most to us, location, school district and a move in ready new construction home. A house is an easy thing to find, but finding a “home” can be venture to say the least. Shilpi Golia, a name you should know if you are looking a realtor. Shilpi was right there with us every step of the way which is very important when making such a big decision. She always has time to respond to any questions or concerns my husband or I may have had.
